I'm almost positive this was a bookverse fic and it was one where Watson is shot and has amnesia. The fic was fairly long, I think it was posted in four parts or so on LJ. I've just started reading bbc-Sherlock fic, and I have three specific cravings:

...Amnesia!Sherlock

...John finds out that Sherlock's childhood was....normal.

....Sherlock-gets-turned-into-a-child!fic (if there is any--it's one of the first things I look for in a new fandom, sigh).

So i'm looking for a fic where Holmes is, i think, suffering from amnesia, but seems to remember being intimate with Watson, so he tries acting like Watson's lover, much to Watson's consternation/chagrin.  Then he suddenly realizes that he and Watson weren't lovers at all, his "memories" were merely fanciful imaginings.  He's embarrassed, but ( Read more... )
